How Discovery Scoring Works
Clarity on where you are. Focus on what to improve. A practical place to start.
Each Acenium Discovery gives a snapshot of how well your current setup enables clarity, flow and impact across strategy, teams or tools. It shows what's working, where the gaps are and where to focus next.
This isn't a benchmark. It's a practical guide to help you align strategy, teams and tools, and take steps that lead to change that lasts.
What the Score Reflects
- Whether your current setup is structured for clarity, consistency and focus
- The patterns that support alignment, value and outcomes
- Gaps that reduce confidence, slow progress or weaken execution
What It's Not
- Not a maturity model
- Not tied to one way of working
- Not a pass/fail judgment
Your context matters. The score helps you see what's enabling impact and where improvement will make the biggest difference.
How It Works
Input Type | Used in Score | Purpose |
---|---|---|
Multiple choice / ratings | ✅ Yes | Core scoring logic |
Free text responses | ❌ No | Adds context to summary insights |
Organisation info | ❌ No | Helps us provide more relevant insights and improve Discovery accuracy across sectors and roles |
Scoring is based only on structured inputs. That keeps it consistent, fair and relevant.
Assessment Outcomes
Score | Outcome | What It Means |
---|---|---|
0–39 | Ad Hoc & High Friction | Setup likely causes blockers. Needs structured change |
40–59 | Fragmented & Reactive | Lacks consistency. Slows progress and reduces clarity |
60–79 | Inconsistent & Gaps | Working in parts, but gaps reduce flow or alignment |
80–89 | Functional & Enabling | Clear and consistent. Supports progress with room to refine |
90–100 | Optimised & Aligned | Setup is intentional, scalable and outcome-driven |
