What the Score Reflects

Assessment Outcomes

0–39 Ad Hoc & High Friction Setup likely causes blockers. Needs structured change
40–59 Fragmented & Reactive Lacks consistency. Slows progress and reduces clarity
60–79 Inconsistent & Gaps Working in parts, but gaps reduce flow or alignment
80–89 Functional & Enabling Clear and consistent. Supports progress with room to refine
90–100 Optimised & Aligned Setup is intentional, scalable and outcome-driven
